Another restaurant closes down – could it have been avoided?
October 17, 2013

The New Michelin Stars for 2014 have been announced.

As you probably know if you are in the hospitality sector, the Michelin Guide is a series of annual guide books which are the oldest and best-known European hotel and restaurant reference guide. They award Michelin stars for excellence, through a secret process, to just a select few establishments.

Why is a Michelin star so prestigious?
The acquisition or loss of a star can have dramatic effects on the success of a restaurant and each time the guide is published, it always sparks a media frenzy.

So, who has a Michelin star in the UK?
